Awards compere Tourette’s Hero Jess Thom
Our presenter for the evening is Tourette’s Hero Jess Thom — she’s a real cracker, or maybe Hob Nob. And if that sounds confusing, take a look at her unique combination of comedy and campaigning, on this Ted Talk and all will be revealed.
We would like to thank the judges, who had to adjudicate a record number of entries, and our sponsors.
Doors open at 6.30pm for a 7pm start to the ceremony, which is followed by a buffet and drinks. The awards take place at the Jon Snow Room, BMA House, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9JP.
MJA members and finalists all come free. Also, if you are a finalist you may bring at least one guest. If you were part of a team, email honorary secretary Philippa Pigache and extra tickets can be negotiated.
Guest tickets cost £18, payable in advance by bank transfer to the MJA’s account. Again the hon sec will provide banking details if you the name of your guest.
